I grew up in a little place called Waipiro Bay in NZ. I’ve just turned 72. I spent about 20 years of my life in NZ, a few years over here but most was spent on Norfolk Island where I ended up marrying a local girl and we set up home there. We had one daughter Anita and she eventually wanted to come and live here after studying at Wollongbar Tafe. We bought a farm just out of Nimbin in Jiggi and shipped a couple of horses over. We loved it. The first time I came to Lismore was about 2007.

My daughter talked me into doing Fun Run in Lismore. Prior to that I’d been into a lot of active sport. When I say ‘we’ it’s my daughter and I but sometimes it means my spirit guides. After the 2022 flood I went back to Park Run. On this particular day we were running along with some friends in front and all of a sudden I slowed down and collapsed. I had no symptoms prior, in fact apparently I had the heart of a 40 year old, but my arteries were clogged up.

I can’t remember it but I went down. Some nurses who actually work in Emergency at Lismore Base were on the run that day. Jenny Dowell, who was an experienced First Aider and a Fireman all started doing CPR on me. The Ambo had been called and they’d zapped me with the defribillator.
They sent me to Lismore Base who then put me on a chopper to Gold Coast Hospital. They kept me in a coma and kept bringing me in and out to see if my brain was still working as I’d been dead for 10 minutes. Luckily my brain was still working so my daughter signed the paperwork for the operation.

I came to 3 days after the surgery and 2 days later the surgeon came around with a crew and all the reports. He couldn’t believe that my scar had healed so fast. I do a lot of energy work on myself. Apparently that was just a practice run so I’m back here again but they reckon I was pronounced dead for a whole 10 minutes.

The last time I had gone to a doctor was in the 70s so when they asked who my GP was I didn’t have one. I was hallucinating so much from the drugs that my body wasn’t used to. I wanted to get off their drugs and onto mine. I said your drugs can’t heal me, they are given to me as a preventative or to relieve pain but they don’t heal me. Once my brain cleared up I researched the drugs and found my homoepathic equivalent which didn’t have the nasty side effects.

I went back to park run on the 1st April last year. It took 53 minutes to complete. Basically it took me 8 weeks to recalibrate my body and clear the arteries. I had a full scan last month and my arteries are clear as a bell.

I told the Park Run organisers and my time is getting faster and faster. I was running personal best every time. I’m running 26 to 30 minutes now which is great for a 72 year old. When I left hospital I was 68 kilos, now i’m around 80kgs and I’m still building up. I’ve been doing the same treatment with horses for years so I know it works.

What was funny is, when I went back to thank everybody who worked on me at Park Run, Jenny Dowell said, It’s the first time I’ve kissed another fella in 40 years (laughs). I love all those people. I ran 7kms this morning and I didn’t feel tired. We had 152 people there last week and I came 20th. So many of my friends have been sending healing energy. I went up for the 7 week check up and the Dr couldn’t believe there was nothing wrong at all. According to the Doc I’m starting over again so he asked what my plans are for the next 70 years. I’m also a Plumber so I started back at work just 12 weeks after I dropped dead. The surgeon said this can happen to anybody at any age and any fitness level. I never smoked, It can just happen. I’m right into the healing codes and my own healthy supplements.

I was lucky in the big flood. It went up to the floor boards, I lost everything in the workshop but the house was ok. My 2 dogs were in my truck when I dropped dead. Friends who were running knew but had to find the key to get started. The dogs are always with me. I have a horse who also follows me like the dogs.

I just need to keep my body in the alkaline state. If I’d known I had this problem I could have fixed it myself. Dying was ok. Whenever my daughter gets funny with me, I say, well you signed the paperwork so put up with me.
