Letizia Sudiro – her son Bruno’s words -” She came to Lismore from Cawongla in 1975, farmers out there, mostly bananas and small crops, they came over from Italy in 1949, both Mum and Dad, they came from a little place about 75km inland from Venice originally then they came out here and raised us and Dad retired! they moved to Lismore. Letizia loves the people and the close proximity of the shops and she loves her garden.
Footnote – I personally know this wonderful woman, she is 87 years old and is so amazing. Our conversations keep me on my toes!
