Lea – ” I love books! I’ve always been a reader from the time I was a little girl. I’ve always made sure I have books in my life and in everyone else’s life that was around me. I love books because I believe we are made of stories, our stories become us, they define us and at it’s very best, literature can help us understand the state of being human. It can extend empathy and compassion, it lets us imagine and experience many different lives on a certain level. I was very fortunate to meet a wonderful man who took one look at my overflowing piles of books and decided to build me a bookcase and a library ladder and it’s my most favourite gift in the whole world. Every day I look at it and I am grateful for it!
