“We are the new kitchen team at The Eltham Valley Pantry, we’ve come in and started with new menus and we use fresh, clean, simple food but done really well. We want to support local farmers and growers as much as possible so we’re at the organic markets on Tuesdays in Lismore every week and the Byron Bay farmers market every Thursday. We’re using local eggs and supporting local bakers as well. We are doing some really cool stuff out here, shared style dining, lots of fresh, clean flavours and Rani’s got his desserts going on, It’s all new and exciting! “
